1. Familiarize yourself with the components of your Glock switch. There are typically three components: the slide release, the safety plunger, and the trigger bar.
2. Make sure the gun is unloaded and the magazine is removed.
3. Use a punch and hammer to push out the slide release. This will release the slide from the frame, allowing you to access the safety plunger and trigger bar.
4. Use a small screwdriver to adjust the length of the safety plunger. This will determine the amount of resistance when the trigger is pulled.
5. Reassemble the frame and slide, making sure the safety plunger is properly aligned.
6. Test the switch by pulling the trigger and checking the amount of resistance. Adjust the length of the safety plunger if necessary.
7. Once you are satisfied with the switch, reinstall the magazine and test fire the gun.
